Diane Fitzgerald RN, BSN, MBA, DBA (Doctor of Business Administration, ABD)

Diane Fitzgerald grew up in the world of real estate and is highly educated and experienced in business. She has a great deal of passion for real estate and helping people reach their goals.  She started learning the business of real estate as a child due to  her mother owning a real estate company. She has been a real estate agent for 30+ years.  She obtained multiple specialties in real estate such as investing, appraisals, staging, land development and previously certified in VA and HUD foreclosures. She has personally  invested in residential rentals, flipping houses, land development and current owner of a RV Park.  Her studies and interest also include investing in  farm and ranch properties. Her belief in education is demonstrated by obtaining her Bachelor’s in Nursing and Executive Master’s in Business Administration from Texas A & M.  She also has obtained a  Doctorate in  Business Administration (ABD)  from California Southern University.  Her dissertation research involves strategies for sustaining successful RV Parks in Southeast Texas.   She has taught real estate investing by providing podcast for Global Real Estate Education Network. She enjoys working with first-time investors to seasoned investors. Her dual career in business includes working in healthcare and real estate.
